anti-auto banner outside political office in Lucca

One says: Enough traffic!
The other: 5,000 cars a day

The signs were outside the office for some political party. There were other banners (see Flickr set on Lucca) but my Italian is not so good, and Babelfish came up with an unintelligable translation.
